to lewronaldo: american english is different from british english. and if you really wants to compare, i believe that british english is more proper. american english is simpler and more oral. you are very much to me is the american way of speaking, but i believe most chinese are not comfortable in speaking that way. and it also does not mean that our translations are direct translations and is wrong.
